  1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns To safeguard the structural condition and secure the high hygiene standards of our home organization fabrics and goods, all laundry hampers and baskets must meet the following precise criteria to be approved for a return:
  • The laundry hamper must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must display zero signs of wear, fabric stains, structural tears, unraveled stitching, or biological odors from usage.
  • All original component parts, including removable inner liner bags, secure lids, support rods, and attached product tags must be returned intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original factory packaging box, including all internal protective packaging layers.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized monogram items, or any hamper that has been structural damaged during personal assembly.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
